WSHO/ WSHC Services
At our consultancy, we offer comprehensive WSH Officer and WSH Coordinator services to ensure our clients are in compliance with the WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, related regulations, Code of Practice (CP) and Singapore Standard (SS). Our services include:
WSH Officer Services:
- Providing advice and guidance to align clients with fire, safety, and health requirements.
- Reviewing and implementing risk management programs to comply with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations 2006.
- Formulating, aligning, and implementing Safety and Health Management Systems (SHMS) in accordance with WSH Act requirements and CP/SS for respective industries.
- Organizing and running WSH Committees in accordance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health Committees) Regulations 2008. Our assigned officer will also act as the committee secretary.
- Identifying and conducting applicable WSH training, such as respirator user training, noise safety training, hazard communication training, emergency response training, etc.
- Conducting regular safety inspections/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conducting safety gap analysis.
- Conducting accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and providing recommendations for countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Conducting emergency response programs such as fire drill exercises, chemical spill/hazmat response programs, in-place protection programs, table-top exercises, etc.
- Attending to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors, etc. on behalf of clients.
- Assisting clients in establishing safety enhancement programs such as safety orientation programs, safety campaigns, etc.
- Fulfilling any other duties stipulated in the WSH Act.
WSH Coordinator Services:
- Implementing safety controls at the site.
- Conducting relevant training and toolbox meetings.
- Overseeing the effectiveness of safety provision at the site.
- Being assisted by a WSH Officer where necessary.
- Fulfilling any other duties stipulated in the WSH Act.
