FSM Consultancy Services provides comprehensive part-time services in the field of fire safety. Our services include the following:
- Providing expert advice to your building on fire safety matters in accordance with the Fire Safety Act.
- Conducting regular fire safety inspections and recommending improvements for your management team to consider and implement.
- Delivering relevant fire safety training to all employees.
- Conducting fire-fighting training for in-house fire-fighting teams.
- Formulating existing fire emergency plans (FEP) and converting them to Emergency Response Plans (ERP) that align with SCDF Fire Safety Act regulations.
- Preparing annual reports to FSSB on behalf of our clients.
- Ensuring compliance with annual fire certification requirements by FSSB.
- Attending to other agencies, such as insurance companies, if required, to address fire safety matters.
- Formulating in-place protection (IPP) procedures and facilitating IPP drills for clients in accordance with SCDF requirements.
- Attending SCDF annual briefings.
- Conducting mandatory fire drills twice a year.
- Conducting mandatory tabletop exercises twice a year.
- Helping to form a CERT team for clients.
- Keeping clients updated on any new fire safety regulations.
- Undertaking any other duties as required by the SCDF.
